This pre-launch Privacy Policy describes the intended handling of website data before the final analytics and checkout configuration is activated.
The site may collect technical information needed to operate, secure and measure the website, such as request logs, device/browser information and page activity, depending on the final analytics configuration.
The production site is expected to use first-party analytics. The final policy must be updated to identify the exact cookies, storage, retention periods and processor relationships enabled at launch.
Playbook purchases and paid OnneAI Platform subscriptions are intended to be processed by Stripe as separate products. Stripe billing is currently integrated in test mode only; no live OnneAI payment is enabled in this build. When live billing is activated, payment information will be handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy notices, while OnneAI stores only the identifiers and subscription/account status needed to provide access.
If a contact form or support email is activated, information voluntarily submitted will be used to respond to the request and maintain relevant support records.
If you create an OnneAI account, the platform may store your email address, display name, authentication records, websites you choose to save, audit timestamps, scores and diagnostic results so that history and re-scan features can operate. Passwords are handled through the WordPress authentication system and are not stored by OnneAI in readable form.
URLs submitted to the audit tool are requested by the OnneAI server to perform technical analysis. Public free-audit results may be cached temporarily for performance and abuse prevention. Authenticated users who save a website may retain audit history associated with their account until it is deleted or a production retention policy supersedes this pre-launch draft.
Eligible OnneAI deep scans may use the Google PageSpeed Insights API to obtain Lighthouse-based performance, accessibility, best-practices and SEO diagnostics for the submitted public URL. When this feature is enabled, the audited URL is sent to Google so that Google can fetch and analyze that page under its own service terms and privacy practices. OnneAI treats these metrics as supporting technical diagnostics, not as an AI-ranking score.
Where required, the production implementation should provide appropriate cookie or privacy controls. This draft should be reviewed after the final analytics configuration is known.
This policy remains a pre-launch legal draft. Confirm business operator details, support contact, analytics configuration, live Stripe settings, taxes and payment-processing disclosures before enabling public paid subscriptions.
OnneAI uses separate Stripe checkout flows for the one-time Playbook and optional platform subscriptions. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy practices; OnneAI receives the transaction and account information needed to provide the purchased product, subscription entitlements and Playbook-owner benefits.
